In my recent role at Moonshine Bar Ltd. (The Rose Fulham), I gained practical experience in food preparation, cooking, and plating dishes under pressure while maintaining high standards of hygiene and food safety. I have worked across multiple kitchen sections, including grill, larder, and dessert, and I am comfortable handling multiple orders in a fast-paced environment. I also have experience supporting senior chefs, managing stock, and assisting with both opening and closing kitchen operations. Additionally, I hold Food Safety Level 2 and Health & Safety certifications (UK) and I am committed to maintaining professional standards at all times. I am currently based in Germany with full work permission and am actively learning my German language skills. I am eager to bring my passion for cooking and willingness to learn to your team.
